Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Pharmacy Software Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmacy management software to retail pharmacies, medical stores, hospitals, and clinics. The role involves lead generation, product demonstration, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach retail pharmacies, chain pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
• Present and demonstrate pharmacy software features (billing, inventory, GST, reports, expiry management, etc.)
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Coordinate with the technical/support team for software installation and onboarding
• Ensure timely follow-ups for renewals, upgrades, and AMC
• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or IT preferred)
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations or healthcare software is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
