Job Description
We need a dynamic candidate with 8-12 years in sales leadership, ideally in construction/building materials (WPC, Plywood, Laminates, hardware) with 3+ years heading teams achieving ₹50+ Cr revenue.Must have scaled exports (SAARC/ Middle East/US) via distributors and platforms; bonus for EPCG/HS code knowledge in plastics/ WPC materials.must have Track record: 20-30% YoY growth, quota attainment >110%.
Key Skills & Competencies
Demand strategic GTM planning, CRM proficiency (Zoho/Salesforce), forecasting accuracy, and team building (recruit/train 10-15 reps). Essential: Negotiation for FOB deals, competitive analysis (vs. Other WPC brand), digital lead gen (IndiaMART/Alibaba etc).Soft skills: Resilience under pressure, English/Hindi communication, coaching for high performance.
