Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Paytm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm’s payment solutions, and driving sales in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm's payment solutions.
- Educate merchants about Paytm QR code, EDC (Swipe Machine), Soundbox, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued business.
- Achieve sales targets and expand Paytm’s merchant network.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for merchant onboarding.
