Sales Manager

1. Business Development

• Identify and develop new institutional clients in government, public sector, and private institutional segments.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, facility managers, etc.).

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve assigned revenue and order booking targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close large-value deals.

3. Tender & Proposal Management

• Track relevant government and institutional tenders.
• Coordinate with technical and finance teams for bid preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of RFPs, RFQs, and compliance documentation.
