Job Title: Marketing Manager – Solar Projects

Location: Across Odisha (Head Office: Bhubaneswar)

Job Description:

We are hiring Marketing Managers across Odisha (Initially for Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Dhenkanal, Angul, Puri, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Koraput) to promote solar panel installations under government scheme.

The role involves:

Collecting and managing leads from different networks and contacts. (Company will provide assistance)

Meeting clients, explaining solar benefits & available subsidy schemes.

Helping clients with documentation and subsidy process.

Coordinating with the Bhubaneswar head office for project follow-ups.

Requirements:

Any graduate (MBA preferred).

1–4 years of experience in sales or marketing.

Good communication & convincing skills.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
