Sales Manager

1. Business Development:

  - Identify & pursue commercial industrial solar opportunities (rooftop, ground-mounted, hybrid)

  - Build a strong pipeline of projects (target-driven).

  - Pitch & present proposals to Clients and developers.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  - Develop & implement sales strategies for commercial industrial segments.

  - Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing.

  - Manage tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.

3. Client Relationship:

  - Manage key accounts & nurture partnerships with consultants, developers and end-users.

  - Ensure client satisfaction & drive repeat business.

4. Team Leadership:

  - Lead a team of sales executives/BDMs.

  - Set targets, coach, and mentor the team.

  - Monitor sales performance & MIS reporting.

5. Financial Management:

  - Ensure project profitability (IRR, margins, etc.)

6. Market Positioning:

  - Stay updated on solar policies (MNRE, state subsidies, net metering, etc.).

  - Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.

Requirement:

Education:

  - MBA/B TECH/M.Tech(Engineering/Management).

Skills:

  - 2-5 years in solar/energy sales (commercial focus)

  - Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

  - Fluency in English/Hindi/Odia

Certifications:

  - Solar/Renewable energy certifications (MNRE/ISGF) a plus.

Traits:
