Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle student inquiries, counselling, and course enrollments for our offline stock market training programs.

The role requires strong communication skills, follow-ups, and the ability to convert interested leads into enrollments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads, walk-ins, and inquiries
• Explain course details, batches, and fee structure clearly
• Conduct student counselling (offline & phone)
• Follow up with interested prospects and close enrollments
• Maintain basic lead and admission records
• Coordinate with the training team for batch onboarding
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Education Counselling / Telecalling
• Male candidates only
• Minimum age: 20 years
• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi & basic English
• Basic knowledge of sales processes & follow-ups
• Interest in education, finance, or stock market is a plus
