Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

To promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for air conditioners and home appliances, develop new customers, and maintain long-term service relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Identify potential customers such as homes, offices, apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings.

Visit clients and explain AMC service benefits.

Generate new AMC business leads.

2. Sales & Marketing

Promote AMC packages for AC and home appliances.

Achieve monthly and yearly AMC sales targets.

Prepare and present AMC proposals and quotations.

3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain good relationships with existing AMC customers.

Follow up for AMC renewal before expiry.

Handle customer queries and complaints.

4. Market Development

Conduct field marketing and promotional activities.

Build relationships with builders, facility managers, and corporate offices.

Identify new market opportunities.

5. Coordination with Service Team

Coordinate with technicians for service scheduling.

Ensure AMC customers receive timely service.

6. Reporting

Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.

Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of AC and home appliances.

Customer relationship management skills.

Sales and marketing experience preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in any field (Marketing preferred).

1–3 years experience in service or AMC sales (preferred).

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Ability to work in field marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Number of AMC contracts sold.

Customer retention and renewal rate.

Monthly sales target achievement.
