Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and managing the entire customer lifecycle—from initial inquiry to project execution. The role requires strong coordination, relationship management, and data handling skills to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & ConversionIdentify, arrange, and generate new business leads through various channels (field visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, etc.).
• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Sales ManagementPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients.
• Close deals effectively while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress regularly.
• Customer Relationship ManagementHandle customers throughout the entire sales cycle until project completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Database & ReportingMaintain and update customer and lead databases accurately.
• Track sales activities, leads status, and conversions.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
• Project CoordinationCoordinate with technical and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines and update customers on progress.
• Ensure commitments made during sales are fulfilled during execution.
• Marketing SupportSupport marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
