Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a vision-oriented, hardworking, and result-driven Sales Officer to manage and expand the sales of our Agarbatti products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening distributor and retailer networks, increasing market penetration, and building strong relationships in the market. The ideal candidate should be proactive, committed to growth, and capable of identifying new business opportunities in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for Agarbatti products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Appoint new distributors and retailers to expand the company’s market presence.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and maintain healthy credit control.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and schemes in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and represent the company positively in the market.

- 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in agarbatti, incense, or related products.
