Sales Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, appointing and managing distributors and retailers, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

• Ability to convince and manage retailers and distributors
• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in FMCG / beverage sales is an advantage
