Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-focused Sales Operations Officer who can keep a close watch on the day-to-day activities of the sales team. This role is all about monitoring sales performance, tracking targets, maintaining reports, and ensuring the sales department runs in an organized and efficient way.

The right person should be comfortable working with numbers, maintaining reports, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure targets are being followed and achieved.


Key Responsibilities

Monitor the daily activities of the sales team across Odisha

Track individual and team sales targets and ensure they are progressing as planned

Coordinate with Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers for performance updates

Identify gaps in performance and report them to the management team

Ensure proper documentation of leads, orders, and customer follow-ups

Maintain discipline and smooth workflow within the sales department

Assist management with sales data analysis and forecasting

Ensure timely reporting of sales numbers and operational updates



Required Skills



Strong monitoring and reporting skills

Good working knowledge of Excel or CRM tools

Clear communication and coordination abilities

Ability to manage and monitor multiple team members

Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail



Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

MBA is preferred but not mandatory

7–10 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or similar roles



Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working closely with sales teams

Someone who can maintain accountability and performance tracking

Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with data
