Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales cum Service Executive to handle both sales and service operations.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability

to achieve sales targets while ensuring prompt service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads in the assigned area.

Promote and explain company products to customers, including product demonstrations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Maintain and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Service Responsibilities

Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company products.

Provide prompt after-sales service and technical support.

Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.

Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and service schedules.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

Education: ITI in Electrician Trade (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in installation, service, or related field (Freshers

with ITI can also apply).

Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, basic knowledge

of electrical systems and field service work, strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and

basic English.

Salary: ■18,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA).
