Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and other team members.
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Promote and upsell salon services and retail products.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and assist in hiring new team members.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Track sales, revenues, and expenses to meet financial goals.
