• 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Salon Operations, Ensure smooth daily operations of the salon
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & high service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering
• Oversee equipment maintenance and salon ambience
• Customer Experience -Greet and interact with clients, ensuring 5-star service
• Handle client concerns professionally
• Build relationships with regular customers
• Team Management, Supervise, motivate & support hairstylists, beauticians & front-desk staff
• Manage staff schedules & attendance
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Sales & Growth Drive monthly sales targets and service promotions
• Upsell services and products
• Maintain accurate billing and daily sales reports

• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of salon services, brands & products
• Ability to handle pressure and manage teams

• Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, inventory)
