Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for the organization.
- Supervise and manage security guards and security staff deployed at company premises.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
- Ensure 24/7 security coverage and maintain discipline among security personnel.
- Handle emergency situations, crisis management, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and government authorities when required.
- Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Conduct training programs and drills for security staff (fire safety, evacuation, emergency response).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
- Ensure proper visitor management and gate control procedures.
- Maintain records of incidents, security logs, and compliance documentation.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileRetired Army / Defense Personnel (JCO / NCO / Officer preferred).
- Minimum 10–20 years of experience in defense services or security management.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.
- Experience managing large teams of security personnel.
- Knowledge of industrial security, access control, and surveillance systems.
- Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations.
- QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Military service record (Retired Army / Paramilitary preferred).
- Certification in security management, fire safety, or industrial safety is an advantage.
