Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties.

-Outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers and managing incoming calls.

-Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand

-Candidate should know drafting, LinkedIn, and Skype.

-Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Strong phone and verbal communication skills

-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

-Ability to multi, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma/Graduate having minimum 1 year experience in the BPO sector.

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to speak in Hindi & English.

Prioritize customers with problem-solving skills.
