Job Description

Key Roles

 Strategic Leader: Developing and implementing sales plans that align with broader organisational goals.

 Team Mentor: Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to improve their performance and closing techniques.

 Territory Manager: Assigning specific geographical areas to reps and optimizing travel routes to maximize market coverage.

 Market Analyst: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Primary Roles

 Performance Management: Setting sales quotas, monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and conducting regular performance reviews.

 Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and resolving complex customer issues.

 Sales Reporting: Preparing and presenting monthly or quarterly sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with new product launches or promotional campaigns.

 Field Support: Accompanying representatives on high-stakes sales calls to provide real-time coaching and help close difficult deals.
