• Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospital, healthcare, and corporate roles
• Source candidates through, job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and joining
• Assist in offer letter issuance and onboarding process
• Ensure hiring targets are met within given timelines
• Support HR activities like employee records and HR documentation (if required)
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Ability to handle bulk hiring
• MS Excel & basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Preferred Candidates:Experience in consultancy is an added advantage
• Freshers with HR interest can also apply
