Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact to increase wallet share.

Sales & Strategy: Achieve/exceed revenue targets by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

Risk & Compliance: Perform credit assessments, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Client Advisory: Understand client needs, provide investment or business banking solutions, and review portfolio performance.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery and onboarding.

Mentorship: Guide junior relationship managers or support staff, facilitating training and development.
