Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC & Air Conditioning
Location: Bhubaneswar
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Director of Sales / General Manager
Experience Required: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in Solar EPC and HVAC industries
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales initiatives in the Solar EPC and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in renewable energy and climate control systems, coupled with proven success in managing large projects and client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both Solar EPC and HVAC verticals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and engineers.
- Engage with key decision-makers including builders, architects, facility managers, and corporate clients.
- Lead the bidding and proposal process for large solar and HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Solar EPC and/or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, inverters, batteries, and HVAC technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding large sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
