Computer Proficiency

A.    MSWord, Advance Excel, MIS (Advance Excel) Entry, Analysis Knowledge.

B.    Sound Knowledge in Print , Scan, Xerox, File/Folder , Save/Save As,

C.   Internet Surfing, E Mail Send, Receive, Attachment, Download, Whatsapp Web,

D.   Any Desk, Google Meet, AI User face Knowledge .

Scope of Work : Digital &Tele Marketing on Loan (Personal Loan |Business Loan |Housing Loan |LAP Car Loan(New & Used ). Both Secured & Unsecured Products.

1.    Tele Calling from Database and Identify the prospective for Lead Creation.

2.    In the Tele calling job, the individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.

3.    To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer.

4.    To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients

5.    Connect with prospective customers as per their Date & Time.

6.    To record the reaction of the customer for the products or services including their details.

7.    To direct the leads to the field sales team when required

8.    To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.

9.    To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.

10. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system

11. Documentation Advise to Prospective for loan as per Bank | NBFC|DSA Policy.

12. Maintain the Database MIS MS Excel as per our prescribed format.

13. Daily Report to Reporting Authority with CC to Management.
