Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
- Inspect vehicles and note customer complaints accurately
- Prepare job cards with detailed service instructions
- Explain service procedures, timelines, and cost estimates to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for smooth operations
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Inform customers about additional work required and obtain approval
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery
- Explain work done and billing details at the time of delivery
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service follow-ups
- Maintain service records, invoices, and customer database
- Promote value-added services and AMC packages where applicable
