Showroom Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, understanding customer requirements, and providing a smooth buying experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online enquiries for used/pre-owned cars
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Arrange and coordinate test drives
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process
• Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle delivery
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
