Kapaacon Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., established at the end of 2021, is a growing company in the field of electrical and solar power installations. Within a short span, we have successfully executed multiple projects across Odisha and continue to expand our presence. As part of our growth, we are setting up a new office in Bhubaneswar and are hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation of Solar PV modules, structures, wiring, and balance of system components.
• Assist in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.
• Supervise site activities, guide team members, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation work.
• Coordinate with project engineers/management for timely execution of work.
• Maintain basic documentation and reporting of work progress.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). Candidate having other education may also apply if they have relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Solar PV installation (rooftop or ground-mounted) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with tools, wiring, and mounting structures.
• Willingness to work at project sites (including outstation sites).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage small teams.
• Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork.
