Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ganjam. The candidate should have strong clinical skills, the ability to handle patients with care, and a willingness to support daily hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
• Maintain patient records and update documentation accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper hygiene in the ward/clinic.
• Support emergency procedures when required.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Follow all medical protocols, nursing standards, and hospital policies.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency care.
