Experience Required:

• 2–5 years (Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse)
• 6–10 years (Nurse In-Charge / Team Leader)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols
• Monitor patient condition, vitals, and report changes to doctors
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely
• Assist doctors during procedures, surgeries, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors and support staff for smooth patient care
• Additional Responsibilities (For Nurse In-Charge / Team Leader):Supervise nursing staff across units
• Allocate duties and manage shift schedules
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
• Support training and mentoring of junior nurses
