Job Description
- Handle walk‑in, phone, and online enquiries; explain MBA/Law/other UG entrance exams (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET etc.), program offerings, fees, and schedules.
- Counsel students and parents on course/stream selection based on academic background, aptitude, and career goals.
- Follow up on leads through outbound calls, messages, and emails to convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Guide enrolled students on class schedules, study plans; coordinate with faculty for doubt‑clearing needs
- Maintain enquiry and admission records through the ERP.
- Should be comfortable working in any shift between 7 am and 9 pm
- Should be comfortable working on Sundays (Weekly off will provided on weekdays)
