Team Coordinator

A Team Coordinator manages daily operations, schedules, and workflows to ensure team goals are met efficiently. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, supporting project tracking, and assisting with onboarding. They act as a central hub for resources, often serving as a liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow & Operations: Organize daily team activities, maintain project timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Administration & Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and handle travel or expenses.
• Communication & Support: Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments to remove obstacles.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage databases, reports, and project documentation.
• Onboarding & Team Support: Assist with training new hires and provide resources for team members.
