Job Description
Role:
Drive sales and adoption of fintech products through direct field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers (merchants/SMEs/individuals)
- Promote products like digital payments, POS, wallets, or loans
- Conduct field visits, demos, and onboarding
- Meet sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Ensure KYC compliance and collect feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred) with field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of financial/digital products
- Willingness to travel
KPIs:
- Customer acquisition
- Sales/revenue targets
- Activation & retention rates
Compensation:
Fixed salary + incentives + travel allowance
