Job Description
- Performance Management: Monitor team KPIs, ensure SLAs are met, and analyze performance data to drive improvements.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and train team members, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries, representing the team in client visits and meetings.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes of errors, and implement improvements.
