Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader – Showroom Sales with a strong background in showroom sales within a customized furniture or interior manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customized furniture, interior factory, or a related sector.

This role is responsible for driving showroom sales performance, overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, leading and motivating the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Team Leader will play a critical role in converting walk-in leads, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them on modular kitchens, customized furniture, and complete interior solutions.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience from initial inquiry to order closure and handover coordination.
• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and maintain accurate CRM/sales records.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the showroom sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom display standards, product presentations, and brand image.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and discount approvals.

Skills:

• Experience in showroom sales with a leadership/team-handling role.
• Prior experience in interior design, modular kitchen, customized furniture, or home interiors showroom is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of showroom operations, sales processes, and customer handling.
• Proven ability to lead teams, close high-value deals, and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.

Educational Requirement:

• B.Tech / Graduation or equivalent.

 Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in showroom sales with at least 4–5 years in a leadership/team-handling role.
