Team Manager

A Team Manager oversees daily operations, productivity, and personnel to achieve organizational goals. They are responsible for setting performance targets, mentoring staff, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts to ensure high performance. Key duties include fostering a positive, productive environment, managing resources, and acting as a bridge between staff and senior leadership.
