Job Summary:

The Technician will be responsible for assisting in production, assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electric vehicles and related components. The ideal candidate should have strong technical aptitude and a hands-on approach toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out assembly, wiring, and fitting of electrical and mechanical components.
• Assist in vehicle testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on EVs and other electrical systems.
• Support the production and R&D teams in prototype development and field testing.
• Maintain proper documentation of work, testing results, and material usage.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to meet daily production or service targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with good technical knowledge may apply).

• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and basic mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic devices.
• Understanding of safety protocols and workshop practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in electric vehicle assembly or maintenance.
• Basic understanding of battery management systems (BMS) and controllers.
• Willingness to learn and work on-site or in field conditions when required.
