Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the architecture remains innovative and effective in meeting user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-based database solutions and their implementation. - Experience with database design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Database Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
