Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the integrity and governance of systems. - Develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. - Adhere to best practices for delivering services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of infrastructure management and deployment. - Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Puppet. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
