Job Description:We are hiring Telecallers with strong communication and convincing skills to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers over the phone.

• Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain insurance products and their benefits clearly.
• Convince customers to purchase suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in insurance sales preferred but freshers are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Training & Salary:Experienced Candidates:

• 5 Days Training
• After training Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
• Freshers:

• 15 Days Training
• After training: Fixed Salary ₹8,000 + Incentives (as per criteria)
