Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Education ConsultantWe are an education consultancy hiring graduate telecallers with good English speaking skills to handle student and parent inquiries and support the admissions process. This is a target-driven, office-based role.

The candidate will work on our in-house CRM, and complete training will be provided.

Role OverviewThe telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls, communicate clearly in English, update lead details in the company CRM, and coordinate with counselors to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall students and parents using company-provided leads
• Communicate confidently in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus)
• Explain courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and admission process
• Update call records and follow-ups in the company CRM
• Meet daily calling and monthly conversion targets
• Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Minimum Graduation (any stream)
• Good English speaking skills
• Confident phone communication
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM training will be provided)
• PreferredExperience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling
• Familiarity with CRM systems (not compulsory)
