You will play a vital role in student admission, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

1. Call and follow up with potential students and parents regarding admissions.
2. Explain course details (XI–XII, NEET, JEE) and institute features.
3. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
4. Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for campaigns and feedback.
6. Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries politely and professionally.
