Job Description

  • 1. Outbound CallingCall potential or existing customers to inform them about company products or services.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer engagement.
  • 2. Inbound Call HandlingAttend incoming calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customer queries.
  • Resolve concerns or escalate them to the relevant department.
  • 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain healthy customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 4. Database ManagementMaintain and update customer database regularly.
  • Record details of inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Keep track of leads and conversion statuses.
  • 5. Achieving TargetsMeet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business goals.
  • 6. Communication & ReportingCommunicate clearly and politely with customers.
  • Report daily call status, lead quality, and customer feedback to the supervisor.
  • Share ideas for improving calling processes and customer handling.
  • 7. Professional ConductFollow all company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics.
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer information.
