Job Description
- b Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and handle inbound calls
- Explain company services/products clearly to customers
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings/sales
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
- Eligibility & Requirements:Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & local language
- Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, WhatsApp)
