Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
