What You’ll Do:

Call potential customers and introduce them to solar power benefits.

Explain our products, clear doubts, and create interest.

Generate leads and fix meetings for the field sales team.

Keep a daily record of calls and follow-ups.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to hit targets.

What You Need:

Great communication and convincing skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude.

Comfortable speaking in Odia, Hindi, and English(Basic).

Basic computer or smartphone knowledge.

Experience in tele calling or sales is an advantage — not compulsory.
