Job Description
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries (Incoming) and reach out to new clients (Outgoing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming Calls: Answer customer calls professionally, resolve their queries, and provide product/service details.
- Outgoing Calls: Call potential customers from the provided list to generate leads or sales.
- Lead Management: Accurately update all call details, customer remarks, and lead status in our Lead Management System (LMS) App immediately after every call.
- Follow-up: Check the app for scheduled follow-ups and call customers back on time.
- Maintain a polite tone and ensure high customer satisfaction.
