Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: ● Manage and guide a team of counselors.

● Help counselors improve their skills and provide regular feedback.

● Set team goals and monitor performance.

● Ensure counselors offer personalized help to students on academic and personal issues.

● Oversee counseling sessions and ensure students are supported effectively.

● Develop strategies to improve how we support students.

● Stay up-to-date on best practices in counseling and student support.

● Analyze counselor and student data to measure success.

● Report on team performance to senior leadership.

● Work with other teams to improve our tools and services.

● Provide feedback to help improve Ed-Tech products based on student needs.
