Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of customer details and call outcomes.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for updates.
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
- Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Odia.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing is an advantage (not mandatory).
