Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers for our accounting and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience is a plus
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
