Job Description

The Tele Sales Executive – Loan Sales is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and closing sales over the phone. The role requires strong communication, convincing ability, and knowledge of retail loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and home loans.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / Loan Against Property / Credit Card etc.)
  • Explain product details, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan solutions.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update daily call reports.
  • Generate leads from open market, references, and database.
  • Coordinate with field executives / sales team for document collection and verification.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI loan guidelines.
