Telesales Executive

we are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller Executive to promote and sell our software and digital services, including website design, SEO, and Social media solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities------

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote website design, SEO, and voice call , social meida services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for project updates and client queries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

RequirementsMinimum

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (IT/software/digital marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (optional).
• Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and online marketing.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
