We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential and existing customers, addressing their queries, and persuading them to make a purchase. Additionally, the candidate should be able to gather relevant information from customers during interactions, such as their needs, preferences, and feedback, to help tailor our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
